YOU CAN HAVE RESULTS OR EXCUSES, YOUR CHOICE

By David Tepera, November 12, 2025

Listen, one of the best lessons of life is failing, but that should be the motivation to succeed. It’s easy to get caught up reflecting over mistakes because that’s a normal human characteristic. None of us liked to admit failing, plus it’s in our nature to defend ourselves, even though we are at fault. Once you can accept these failures, I promise, you will start seeing results. Bottom line, don’t point the finger at others for your decisions.

Are you ready for results? Then put your blinders on and don’t look back.

Here’s an interesting fact; Tesla trucks are so compact and sealed that the driver can’t see out the back window, but through the multiple cameras, there’s visible access. The interesting part is through law, it’s mandatory for all vehicles to have a rearview mirror. The Tesla trucks have them even though it’s useless.

That should be all of us my friends. We know what’s in the past, but if you haven’t learned from it, it’s useless. You get my drift? The only people who make excuses are those lacking confidence.

Whatever is going on in your life, are you having results or making excuses? Just because you got knocked down, you didn’t get knocked out, so get up and keep fighting.

If you want results, then be accountable, disciplined, focused, and resilient. Excuse-makers talk about problems. Result-makers talk about progress. Which one are you?

One thing we all control is our health. You choose the meals to feed your body, frequency of cardio exercise for a healthy heart, and weight training to build a quality of life. Hopefully, you’re having results from improving your lifestyle.

Believe me, none of us care about your excuses for being lazy. I know there are people who’ve had serious health conditions that changed their lives, but what are you going to do about it?

Besides health reasons, this is the same for relationships and occupations. If you are not happy with any of these, then do something about it to get positive results.

You have one life to live, so live it. It’s either excuses or results, the choice is up to you.

Lastly, today is my youngest child and only daughter Daylyn Tepera’s 25th birthday. She will always be daddy’s little girl.
